i have a 32gb zune that will charge when hook to the computer but wont connect to it to sync, it will not pick up that im hooked to the computer so i cant change anything around on it how do i fix this problem?

i have a similar problem I have a 4 gig zune and i have reinstalled like 9 times but everytime it tells me i have the newest version of zune software but my zune driver cant connect and i cant find the starter icon and If i try and open the software it wont open I DONT KNOW what is wrong :( anybody know?

i have the first generation zune and i had to reinstall it on a new computer but it doesnt work . it keeps saying that " windows or zune software needs an update . " i updated my computer already but it still doesnt work . i dont know how to update my zune when i cant even install it . pleeeasee help !!

I just updated my Zune software and I absolutely HATE IT. How do I get my old zune software back?!?!? PLEASE HELP! I want it back desparately. Its so hard to use now.

Well I finally got the new software on disc. (I couldn't upload from internet because I have dialup.) Now that I have it all installed in my computer I needed to update my 30GB zune. But every time I update it at the end it says Zune was not updated and then it said error code with a code by it! i need help!!

i have a 30 gig zune and am currently trying to update my software to the 2.3, but i keep getting INSTALLATION FAILED. SETUP MUST STOP BECAUSE THE REQUIRED PACKAGE 'ZUNE' FAILED TO INSTALL. the error code # is 0x80070643.
PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have a 30gb zune that wont connect to my new computer,I installed zune but it wont update and recognize my already up-to-date zune,how do I fix this?I went through the download from zune.net and I went through the help page doing all the stuff it said and I still dont get the update it says it needs...

hey
ive had my zune for quite a while (since may 07). i havent updated any software til bout a week ago, so i updated to the 2.3 version. my first gen software worked just fine - no problem setting it up or syncing. with this new software, everything is running fine, it just wont let me sync. i did a system restore on my zune (restart and hold back button, center pad button, and left pad button all at the same time). i can connect it and the software on my computer detects it, it just wont let me sync. i spent about 3 hours on the help line with alibaba from who knows where but they couldnt help. can you help? I dont know wat to do, other than use the thing as the most expensive paperweight ive ever bought.

Just upgraded my Zune to the 2.2 firmware, and installed the new Zune software. I like the old Zune software better, anyway to use the 2.2 Zune with the older version of the software ?

Got me a Zune 30gb from woot. Included CD will not run. Went to Zune web site and down loaded the setup S/W, (34mb self extract) and ran it. Keep getting Ordinal 284 not found in MSI.dll error. Unable to complete setup. MS and Zune C/S tele call reps have no clue. Can any one help??????????????

I wonder if all of your Zune services are running. Open up your services application and search down the service list to find Zune related ones. They should be running in the background on your Windows box. If that's not it - could it be you have Windows firewall up and running? Finally - drop by Zune.net's support forums. I'm sure you're probably not alone here. Luckily things worked on the first try for me.

I have tried to sync my zune using my wireless network but the zune keep telling me 'can't connect to pc, make sure you're logged on' whereas the zune software tell me that I've successfully setup my wireless sync.
can you help me please
