I bought it at Best Buy along with my Zune, and I love it! It works great and give my Zune the extra juice it needs. The only thing I don't like is the USB cable. The big end of it, doesn't come out of the Zune real well, and you have to give it an extra little tug. I don't know if it's just only my Zune or USB, but it might be with all Power Packs.
